Can I use the app without paying?
Yes! Free users get 2 full mock tests per month and full NCERT notes access — forever, no credit card needed. Topicwise and sectional tests require Premium.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI options via Razorpay.
Is there a refund policy?
All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. This applies to all plans — unused access period, plan changes, or personal circumstances are not grounds for a refund. In the rare case of a duplicate or accidental payment, please contact support@neetwithai.com within 48 hours and we will review it at our sole discretion.
Who is the Premium 2-Year plan for?
It's built for students starting in Class 11. For ₹4999 you get the full Premium plan — every feature, all of it — locked in for 2 full years from your date of payment (about ₹208/month). One payment covers you right through to your NEET attempt, with no price changes in between.
Does the plan auto-renew?
No. This is a one-time payment for your chosen term (1 or 2 years). You will be notified before your plan expires and can choose to renew.
What happens when my premium expires?
