Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform and agree to these Terms.

The Platform is intended primarily for students preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), India.

• You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at legal@neetwithai.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans (Advanced and Premium).

Free tier

Free users may access up to 5 full mock tests per month, all chapter-wise tests, NCERT notes (Key Concepts & Key Facts), and basic analytics. Free-tier features may be changed or limited at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions (Advanced & Premium)

• Paid plans unlock additional content including Important Formulas, NEET Focus Points, Diagrams, Line-by-Line NCERT reading, and unlimited full mock tests.
• Subscription pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and may be revised; you will be notified before any price change affects your existing subscription.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
• Your subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation by Razorpay.

No-Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to NEET WITH AI are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This policy applies regardless of:

• Whether or not you have used or accessed the paid features after purchase.
• The remaining duration of the subscription period.
• Any change in your personal circumstances, study plans, or examination schedule.
• Dissatisfaction with content, features, or results.

We strongly encourage you to review the free tier thoroughly and explore available feature previews before making a purchase decision.

In exceptional cases — such as duplicate/accidental payment of the same plan or a verified technical failure where access was never granted — you may write to us at legal@neetwithai.com within 48 hours of the transaction with your payment receipt. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis solely at our discretion, and raising a request does not guarantee a refund.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated access.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without our explicit written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform, extract questions, or manipulate test results.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature or access control on the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to use your account.
• Publish, share, or redistribute Platform content — including questions, explanations, and analytics — on social media, coaching forums, Telegram groups, or any other channel.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that is harmful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, questions, explanations, graphics, logos, UI design, and software — is the property of NEET WITH AI or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

NEET PYQ (Previous Year Questions) are sourced from official NTA papers, which are in the public domain. Our explanations, analysis, and presentation of PYQs are our original work and remain our intellectual property.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial NEET preparation. No other use is permitted.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such content for the purposes of improving the Platform, without any obligation to compensate you.

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of questions, answers, and explanations. However, we make no warranty that all content is error-free. If you believe a question or answer is incorrect, please report it via the question-level report button or by contacting us. We review every report and correct verified errors promptly.

Content on the Platform is for educational and preparatory purposes only and does not constitute professional medical or scientific advice.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any particular score or result on the Platform will predict or guarantee your NEET rank or admission.
• The Platform will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEET WITH AI and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of revenue, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any reliance on content published on the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform integrates third-party services including Razorpay (payments) and Supabase (infrastructure). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” and notify you by email or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
